Mrs Buckét has announced plans to hire up to 150 permanent team members over the next year, with a third of these roles required in the first quarter of 2021.
The company, based in Wales and the South West, is experiencing growing demand for its high-quality cleaning and decontamination services as businesses, manufacturers, schools and healthcare organisations increase their investment in hygiene practices, in response to the continued threat of COVID-19.
Rachael Flanagan, Founder and MD of Mrs Buckét, said: “Throughout the last year, our cleaners have worked non-stop to make workplaces, factories, schools and GP surgeries safer environments for their staff, students and customers. This battle is not over, and we’re looking for exceptional individuals with a can-do attitude who want to play a vital role in the fight against the coronavirus.
“One of the great things about this job is that it is extremely flexible, and the hours can fit around an individual’s availability, whether they want to work in the day or opt for a few night shifts. It’s a fantastic working environment, there are always opportunities for career progression, and we have a hugely supportive team.”
New recruits are taught high quality cleaning practices through the company’s Cleaning Academy, before being assigned to clients that best suit their availability and location. Vacancies include entry level positions, and the company is looking for people who have the right attitude, want to grow their careers and become experts in the industry. Those with experience in hospitality would be ideal, however no experience is necessary.
Several mobile supervisor roles are also available. Individuals applying for these roles are required to hold a driving licence as they will be provided with a company car to visit sites and liaise with customers. Strong organisation, attention to detail and good communication skills are a must for the role.
