Jason Miller, CEO of CLEAN, said: “Joining the Alsco family is great news for our customers and for all the employees and business partners who have worked so hard over the years to make CLEAN what it is today. Like CLEAN they are a long-established family company with whom we share the same values and the cultural synergies between the two organisations are excellent. My management team and I are incredibly excited about the future and look forward to working with the team at Alsco.”
Kevin and Robert Steiner, co-CEOs of Alsco, said: “Last week CLEAN and Alsco became one company. We look forward to working with CLEAN, assisting their progress and enjoying a great future together. Together, we will be much stronger than either CLEAN or Alsco would be alone.”
