Customer confidence a priority for Jangro

Customers can shop with us in confidence, says Jangro

Jangro is reassuring customers that they are committed to quality, reliability, and prices, as the UK Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA) warns customers against unscrupulous profiteers.

As the pandemic continues to fuel unprecedented demand for cleaning and hygiene products, the CHSA recently advised buyers against purchasing from new, unethical, and profiteering companies.

As one of the first distributors accredited by the CHSA’s Accredited Distributors Scheme, Jangro is bound by a ‘Code of Practice’. This includes a declaration to only stock and offer for sale CHSA Accredited products, or products that conform to the same standards as required by the relevant CHSA Manufacturing Standards Accreditation Scheme. Compliance is guaranteed by a random, rigorous independent auditing process – in its most recent inspection, Jangro scored 99.7%.

This provides customers with the assurance that the products they purchase are fit-for-purpose, meet industry standards, and are reliable both in terms of their high quality and the exact quantity promised on the packaging.

Jo Gilliard, Jangro CEO, commented: “As a well-established player in the industry, and one of the first to sign up to the CHSA’s Code of Practice, Jangro is committed to raising the bar for quality, reliability, and ethics in the UK cleaning and hygiene industry.

“Despite a phenomenal increase in demand for essential items, such as hand sanitiser, PPE, and disinfectants, we continue to trade responsibly. I am proud of the entire Jangro network, who are working hard to look after our customers, and are making every effort to meet demand in these challenging times.”
