Diversey, a Solenis company, had sold both Zenith Hygiene and Shorrock Trichem, two UK-based hygiene product and service distributors, to Lyreco in a share deal.
Both Zenith Hygiene and Shorrock Trichem are positioned to build on their success and drive future growth. The acquisition is reportedly set to enhance value, innovation and sustainable solutions for Lyreco’s customers.
