London-based secure commercial cleaning specialist Julius Rutherfoord & Co has won two three-year contracts to care for prestigious contemporary office spaces.
The first is with 40 Bank Street at Canary Wharf, awarded by Canary Wharf Management Ltd. Cleaning services to the 32-storey building will be provided to the landlord-managed areas, including the expansive ground floor lobby, seven days a week.
The second is with the London office of international law firm Bird & Bird, at its New Fetter Lane workspace in the heart of London's legal district. The contract includes daily and periodic cleaning of all common areas, receptions, lift lobbies, office areas, meeting rooms, staff kitchens and in-house restaurant, as well as housekeeping, washroom cleaning and supplies, internal window cleaning and waste and recycling services.
