Excellerate Services, a specialist services company, has announced the acquisition of CCM Facilities Ltd, a UK-based contract cleaning specialist.
The acquisition combines two value-focused businesses – now with an annual turnover of £45m – employing approximately 2500 colleagues, operating in 700 locations.
Both companies are committed to implementing Excellerate’s technology platforms, as well as integrating extensive intellectual property, to deliver a more tech-based, transparent and efficient cleaning service to its clients.
