At a glitzy ceremony at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel in London, the winners were revealed for the 2018 Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards.
Hosted by film and TV comedy star Sally Phillips, 57 finalists from 36 companies were whittled down to winners in 14 categories (as well as a number of Highly Commended runners up):
