Held every two years, the Hygienalia trade show provides a complete 360-degree view of the Cleaning, Professional Hygiene and Laundry sectors.
In addition to an extensive range of Dilution, Kitchen and Laundry solutions at Hydro System’s booth, visitors were able to view two exciting innovations from in the dispensing portfolio. The new Multi-Washer 3000 Series with EvoClean provides reliable chemical dispensing for on-premises laundries, while the DMx unit is a versatile warewash dispenser for commercial kitchens.
The Multi-Washer 3000 Series with EvoClean can support up to three washers and dose up to eight products while offering detailed reporting and cost-saving opportunities. Utilising precise venturi-based dosing technology, the system accurately and consistently delivers doses under 30ml. The Multi-Washer 3000 Series with EvoClean also eliminates squeeze tube maintenance that can cause costly downtime. The result is improved operational efficiency and profitability by reducing water, energy, rewash and maintenance costs.
The Multi-Washer 3000 Series also leverages Hydro Connect, which is built on the Microsoft Azure platform, to give laundries insightful data and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Hydro Connect also enables remote configuration changes from any global location with an internet connection. Users can drastically reduce maintenance costs by adding a formula, changing a dosing amount or switching the dosing mode without traveling to a site.
DMx is a smart, durable and versatile warewash dispenser with comprehensive reporting capabilities that’s also compatible with Hydro Connect. Commercial kitchens can look forward to accurate and reliable dispensing of solid or liquid detergent, rinse aid or sanitiser. Designed to work anywhere in the world on most high or low temperature door, conveyer, and flight-style machines, there are numerous optional upgrades available to enhance its functionality.
Utilising the Hydro Connect Mobile Application, the system requires minimal training and can reduce installation time by as much as 30%. The DMx dispenser has pre-wired power, signal, and conductivity cabling that saves valuable time and money, while enhancing safety. The improved data visibility on productivity (racks washed), chemical usage, costs and task alarms, via Hydro Connect, reduces the cost of service and helps ensure compliance to the Food Code.
