ICE gets new head of engineering

ICE has announced the appointment of Lee Owen as the new Head of Engineering.

Lee joined ICE in 2013 as a Field Service Engineer and progressed very quickly to the role of Technical Support Manager the following year. He was then promoted to Field Service Manager in 2016, taking responsibility for more than 30 Field Engineers in the southern region.

Lee’s new position as the Head of Engineering makes him responsible for ensuring that the entire engineering team provide an excellent service. He has a wealth of skills and experience, and is seen by the company as a real asset to the business.

Lee commented: “I am absolutely delighted to have been given the opportunity to head up the engineering team at ICE. Having started as a Field Engineer and progressed through the company, I have a real understanding of the area, which will stand me in good stead to lead the ICE engineering community. I’m very excited to take on this new challenge!”
