ISS gets TFM clean sweep at NHS LPP

ISS appointed to NHS London Procurement Partnership Total FM Framework

NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) has concluded its tender process for Total Facilities Management (TFM) services, with ISS successfully included in all six available lots across seven UK regions.

NHS LPP is one of four national procurement hubs serving the health community in London and beyond. Owned collectively by its members, NHS LPP delivers services which help hospitals to run efficiently including workforce, digital systems, medicines, and estates and facilities.

Under the new Total Facilities Management Framework, which commenced on 8 July 2022, ISS will be available to support participating NHS trusts with services across the framework including Hard FM (Lot 1), Soft FM (Lot 2), Total FM (Lot 3), Cleaning (Lot 4), Catering (Lot 5) and Security Services (Lot 6).

The approach is designed to offer NHS trust members a sustainable model for ongoing procurement, commercial services and advice, ultimately delivering the highest quality of patient and social care.

Partnering with NHS LPP, the framework suppliers support the NHS trusts involved to deliver social value to their communities and help achieve the NHS’s ambitions to reach Net Zero by 2040, as well as other environmental targets outlined in the NHS’s 10 Year Plan.

Donna Brown, Managing Director for Healthcare – ISS UK&I, said: “ISS is extremely pleased to be included in this important strategic framework for our Healthcare business. Having the opportunity to offer services across all six lots means we can continue to build on the strong partnerships we have already established with valued NHS organisations, whilst also supporting the evolution of the LPP’s overarching ambitions around social value and sustainability.”
