Food hygiene specialist Klenzan is changing its name to Christeyns Food Hygiene to fully represent its new status as part of the Christeyns group.
Christeyns UK’s marketing manager, Jon Walker, revealed that Klenzan rebranded under the Christeyns umbrella on 24 November 2017. Walker, who heads up marketing for the Bradford-based manufacturer and its group of companies that includes Alex Reid, Oscrete and Cole & Wilson, said the time was now right to rebrand, following the buy-out of Klenzan in early 2017.
Walker said: “We are working hard to provide the new Christeyns Food Hygiene with the best possible platform from which to further develop its business in both UK and Irish markets. It is a new era for the Warrington firm, originally set up in 1989, specialising in dairy hygiene.”
Experts in detergent and disinfectant manufacture, Klenzan uses its manufactures, designs, installs and maintains cleaning solutions across the food, brewing and beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.
Nick Garthwaite, managing director of Christeyns UK, commented: “It is a company that can be proud of its roots and achievements over the past 28 years. We are now setting the stage for the next phase in the growth of Christeyns Food Hygiene which will see it reach ambitious targets and become a centre of excellence for Food Hygiene across the whole of the Christeyns group.”
The company marked the launch of its new name with celebrations at its headquarters in Winwick Quay.
