LCS Facility Group has named Efrain Herrera as Director of Operations – California.
In this capacity, Herrera will provide operational leadership, working collaboratively with team members to design and execute key strategies to support, enhance and grow LCS’ operations in the state of California, where the company has more than 60 employees.
Herrera previously served as operations manager for Sodexo-Chevron Global Headquarters. In his former role, Herrera was responsible for developing and managing all facilities employees, including hiring, retention, performance management, safety audits and daily supervision. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from San Jose State University.
Speaking of his appointment, Herrera said: “I am excited to begin my new role as Regional Director of Operations for LCS Facility Group. This new endeavor is a tremendous opportunity for myself and the company, and I look forward to working in tandem with the executive team to help grow business in California.”
