Miele Professional appoints new Head of Service for Great Britain and Ireland

Industry leading manufacturer of commercial laundry and dishwashing solutions, Miele Professional, has appointed Sam Holden as new Head of Service for Great Britain and Ireland.

Sam’s appointment comes as a strategic move to strengthen Miele Professional’s service operations in the UK.

Having been with Miele Professional since 2019, serving as a Business Account Manager, Sam brings a wealth of commercial experience to his new position. In his new role, he will oversee the management of service operations for the Professional division of the white goods manufacturer.

Prior to joining Miele, Sam held several key positions, including leading the Sales team at Ferrero, serving as Commercial Director at the Wheel Specialist Bristol, and working as Trade Marketing Manager at Imperial Tobacco, where he was responsible for marketing strategies across Great Britain and Ireland.

Commenting on his appointment, Sam said: “I am thrilled to take on this new role for GB & Ireland at Miele Professional. Having been part of this incredible team for nearly five years, I have seen first-hand the dedication and innovation that drives our success. I look forward to leading our service operations and continuing to deliver expert solutions to our customers.
