Commercial cleaning firm Always Responsive has appointed Paul Woollacott as the new Head of Operations.

Paul joins the Bridgend-based firm following 30 years in the manufacturing industry, building a strong international portfolio across the UK, Europe and China. Prior to joining Always Responsive, Paul held a key role with a multinational chemical manufacturer in the UK, where he honed his leadership skills and industry knowledge.

Paul’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Always Responsive as the company prepares to enter a new phase of expansion and growth. Established in 2010, Always Responsive has emerged as a leading commercial cleaning provider in Wales, employing 400 members of staff. With Paul’s leadership, the company is aiming to achieve its 2024 growth ambitions, which include creating an additional 50 jobs within the sector over the coming months.
