RAI Amsterdam has announced that the recently delayed Interclean Amsterdam 2020 has been rescheduled for 3-6 November 2020.
It was previously revealed that the show had been delayed until Fall 2020, in light of the recent developments as a result of the global spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
RAI Amsterdam consulted with its exhibition committee, key stakeholders, exhibitors and visitors from the cleaning and hygiene industry before making its decision to postpone the show, which was originally scheduled to take place 12 – 15 May 2020.
Rob den Hertog, Director of Interclean, commented: “With many tradeshows rescheduled for the second-half of 2020, we are very pleased that RAI Amsterdam has been successful in obtaining the best possible dates for Interclean 2020. Finding these dates was not only based on the availability of exhibition space, we also took into account the availability of hotel accommodation, which is a necessity for an international event like Interclean.
“With the new dates we have ensured you will still be able to see all of the original major exhibitors. We strongly believe that bringing these major exhibitors and others together will allow us to profit from their presence as well as that of the visitors they bring with them. This belief is based on the many heart-warming positive reactions we have received since announcing the postponement.”
Interclean Amsterdam’s postponement was one of many necessary delays and cancellations for cleaning industry events, which also saw the Manchester Cleaning Show 2020 postponed until 15 – 16 September.
