Ideal Response has welcomed Gavin Smith onboard as the new Senior Technical Manager at their Kent headquarters.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, including various senior level roles, Gavin has taken on the task of overseeing and growing the operations department. As part of his plans to help drive the company forward in 2018, he will be employing new technicians, bolstering operational strategies, and securing further training for the current team.
The disaster restoration company states that Gavin’s appointment is key to ensuring that the family-run business continues to provide high quality service and the most efficient solutions for their customers, both in terms of results and costs.
