2022 is shaping up to be an exciting year abroad for Pacvac, with its products gracing the balcony of Buckingham Palace during The Queen’s Jubilee, and the expansion of its global staff.
The company has recently welcomed Alexander Mayer to the newly created position of Sales & Business Development Manager across the UK and Europe. With over 20 years of trade sales expertise in consumer goods and customer service management, Alexander will be instrumental in implementing Pacvac’s strategic goals in both the UK and EU, subsequently furthering the company’s commitment to investing in the UK market.
Prior to joining Pacvac, Mayer’s career spans business development, project and sales management, and he attributes his success to developing comprehensive marketing strategies, rigorous planning, and his ability to establish integral relationships critical to business success.
Mayer commented: “It’s a great pleasure to be part of the Pacvac family. It’s an organisation with values I share: inspiring innovation, nurturing support, and being results oriented, not to mention a great deal of fun.”
“I’m joining at a very exciting time, with new developments in battery technology and product development that make Pacvac a very compelling option in the UK market.”
It’s been just over a year since Sorrel Forsey-Anderson took the Global Head of Sales position at Pacvac, and she’s looking forward to this expansion within her department. She said: “I’m super excited to have someone of Alexander’s experience and calibre join the UK and European team.
“With the relentless commitment of our Operations and Business Support Manager, Michael Connell, we’ve been expanding our markets, growing our distribution network, and supporting resulting business across the region. To ensure effective management of these systems, and to supervise our significant year-on-year growth, we need more European based resources.”
Alexander’s primary focus at Pacvac will be on demand creation, creating business through end user engagement, and working with the Pacvac team to help manage the implementation of supply through its valued network of UK and European distributors.
This new appointment marks a significant step forward for Pacvac in demonstrating the West Australia-based company’s commitment to growth in the UK and EU regions, and in further cementing their existing relationships there.
Pacvac looks forward to having Mayer as part of their ever-growing global team.
