Telford-based Northwood Hygiene Products has recently won a pair of industry accolades for their performance as a leading UK supplier of ‘away-from-home’ paper hygiene and wiping products.
At the recent Shropshire Chamber of Commerce Awards Evening 2019, Northwood walked away with the gong for ‘Best Manufacturer’.
Northwood’s Chief Executive Officer, Paul King, said: “This award shows the progress that Northwood is making in its mission to become the market leader, and is testament to the hard work of a highly dedicated workforce.”
As well as their Shropshire success, Northwood also made a splash at the Caterbar Awards, where they won a ‘Supplier Excellence’ award in the Hygiene & Consumables category. National Accounts Controller, Stuart Berry, commented: “This is a tremendous reflection on everyone at Northwood, and we will achieve our mission of being the market leading partner of choice in the away-from-home tissue industry.”
The family-owned company last year achieved a record turnover of £100m, with its brands spotted across UK organisations including five-star hotels, Premier League football clubs and the NHS.
