OCS has announced that it has been selected by Newbury Racecourse to provide cleaning and customer services on racedays and other events and conferences at the site.
The three-year contract, which commences immediately, will see OCS provide all cleaning services, including laundry, office cleaning, and venue cleaning, and customer services such as cloakroom services and customer hosting. OCS will be responsible for the racecourse, offices, on-site nursery and accommodation for jockeys and workers.
Berkshire’s Newbury Racecourse is over 100 years old and, as well as a programme of racedays throughout the year, Newbury hosts conferences and weddings, and has an on-site hotel and nursery. Newbury partnered with OCS after receiving positive testimonies from existing clients and shared social values.
