High specification cleaning service provider, Portfolio, has announced the appointment of Charles Walden as Accounts Director.

Walden joins the team with a wealth of experience in the soft services industry, as well as skill in managing accounts across commercial and residential properties and developing long lasting relationships with clients.

Walden spent just under 10 years with NJC, where he progressed from Account Manager to an Account Director responsible for a broad range of clients. He joins Portfolio with a plethora of knowledge around soft service contract management, excellent client relationship building qualities, and a drive to continuously innovate in this sector.
