Principle Cleaning Services champions social value at third conference

Principle Cleaning Services is hosting a Social Value conference, to be held at Barings’ London office, on Wednesday 28 September.

The event will cover a range of topics including defining social value, why it’s so important, and practical advice on how to calculate and implement social value within an organisation.

Principle’s CEO, Peter Smith, will open the conference and introduce its guest speakers, all of whom are working on important issues in society. These will include a presentation from the Social Value Portal, which helps companies measure, report, and increase their social value; Fiona Bowman, Managing Director of Dysart 57 and EIDA ambassador, speaking about domestic violence awareness; Lucy Whittaker, CEO of Alpha Vesta and Oasis Community Housing; and Sam Cload and Will Fraser from 100 and First, who consult on managing change within organisations.

Principle held its first Sustainability conference in February 2020 and a second one in March this year.

Peter Smith said: “The aim of this conference is to share ideas about how businesses can create social value for their people, communities, society, and the wider economy. We are looking forward to some enlightening presentations from our speakers and hearing the thoughts of those attending.”

There are a limited number of places available for this event. Anyone interested in attending can book via this link:Social Value Seminar Tickets.
