Principle Cleaning Wins Contract With Land Securities At 20 Fenchurch Street

The year has started off on a high for London-based Principle Cleaning Services, as it is announced its latest and most iconic contract win at 20 Fenchurch Street.

The building is a commercial skyscraper in central London with a distinctive shape, standing at 160m (525 ft) tall with 37 storeys.

Designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly, the building provides 680,000 square feet of top quality offices with unrivalled panoramic views of London and a large viewing deck that includes the Sky Garden, on the top three floors which opened to the public in January 2015. The building boasts a BREEAM Excellence Award whilst displaying an expansive and modern design.

Not only was Principle Cleaning the winner of two of the last prestigious Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards but the company also reached a remarkable milestone by celebrating 25 years in the cleaning industry last year and has also grown considerably, now cleaning a portfolio of prestigious buildings for a range of clients throughout London.

Principle Cleaning’s offering included a full range of services to both the Landlord, Land Securities and many of their prestigious tenants, that includes daily cleaning, window cleaning, laundry services, hygiene services, pest control and janitorial support.
