ISSA has selected Regina Henrich as the association’s new European Manager, as it continues to promote the interests of the global professional cleaning industry.
Regina’s recent role as a strategic management consultant is just part of the extensive corporate and marketing experience that she brings to her new position. Regina was previously International Marketing Director at Tana-Chemie GmbH (Werner & Mertz Group), in Mainz, Germany, and European Marketing Manager at Ecolab Europe in Switzerland. She also spent more than a decade in various roles at Diversey.
Regina said: “I find it very rewarding that I can continue my career path in this meaningful way. As ISSA European Manager, I can be part of the global community that makes such a valuable contribution to the business success of its members – in particular through information, training and networking events at a high level.
“It is particularly appealing to me to cooperate with partners from different areas of the cleaning industry, to build a deep trust and to work together to further promote the positive contribution and value of cleaning to health, environment and earnings improvement. An effective network requires trust, hard work and persistence. With a good network and a solid community, you always can improve doing things - no matter the size of your company.”
Dianna Steinbach, Vice President of International Services at ISSA, commented: “Regina’s strategic experience and her interests in digitalisation and its effect on social economic transformation in the service industry will, along with her expertise in social media and eco-effectiveness, help us to further develop the quality of our services for the benefit of members in the future.”
The creation of Regina’s position is a further step in ISSA’s commitment to deepening services and support in the European market, combined with new educational workshops, more member networking events, and new business tools and market data planned for 2018.
