London-based cleaning and soft FM services provider Julius Rutherfoord & Co has secured repeat contracts from multiple clients.
Repeat business totalling over £10m has been secured for the next five years, including re-tendered contracts for London Borough of Merton’s Children, Schools and Families premises, and The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple.
Julius Rutherfoord began cleaning Merton’s Children, Schools and Families premises in April 2009 following serious instances of Norovirus sweeping through schools. Meanwhile, The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple is an historic and prestigious 54,000m² estate of Barristers Chambers, comprising 40 buildings and including gardens, library and church, all cleaned and maintained by Julius Rutherfoord since 2012.
Chris Parkes, Julius Rutherfoord & Co operations director, said: “It is evident that a major reason that our clients wish to re-sign with Julius Rutherfoord is, not just the consistent high quality cleaning outputs, but our high levels of personal service and of off-site management support. In fact, we still retain our first customer – London & Cambridge Properties, who we began servicing in 1990.
“We know what it takes to deliver for discerning clients, and we stand for something beyond the normal claims of other outsourcing companies. Our award-winning cleaning and maintenance teams must be reliable, high-quality professionals who deliver on our promises in an expert, adaptable and pre-emptive way. It’s not enough to say we provide a service. We are also meticulous about doing what we said we were going to do, and achieving results that make a difference to our clients and their facilities.”
