Tennant UK has welcomed Andrew Jones into the role of Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) Deployment and Service Expert.
In this role, Andrew will support customers in driving efficiencies and allow their employees to perform high-value tasks alongside their AMR Robotic Floor Scrubber.
Forming part of Tennant’s AMR Expert Team, Andrew will also work closely with the Tennant UK demonstration team to ensure all face-to-face and on-site customer demonstrations of the AMR range are delivered professionally, offering a live expert to answer any technical questions and clearly demonstrate first-hand how the Tennant AMR range can help our customers to drive efficiencies and create a clean and safe facility.
Andrew said: “I have an industrial background and have always focused on delivering excellent customer service alongside innovation, so my role within Tennant is the perfect match because this position has a strong focus on continuous customer support, ongoing assessment and reviewing of the AMR machines, to ensure our customers are receiving maximum value and productivity.”
The Tennant UK team has celebrated a number of recent appointments alongside Andrew, including Wendy Adams as new Regional Account Manager for the West Midlands, and Paul Knowles as new Operations Supervisor.
