SEKO has announced that Dolphin Solutions Ltd has agreed to sell all of the assets and intellectual property relating to their Excel range of soap dispensers to SEKO UK Ltd.

 

To ensure a smooth transition, Dolphin Solutions will continue to support SEKO UK in the transfer of all production activities and existing customers beyond the transfer date. Both companies have formulated a joint handover plan, with the priority to avoid any inconvenience for customers.

 

All active quotations and any new enquires regarding the Dolphin Excel product range will be exclusively handled by SEKO UK from 27 September 2021.
