The latest introduction to Prochem Europe’s carpet and upholstery extraction cleaning range brings added power and capacity in a compact solution that can tackle first floor cleaning without relocating the unit.
Manufactured in the UK by Prochem from a two-year design inception, the Steemeasy brings together a new specification with the best of proven technology with solid performers in the current three-stage vacuum motor and 150psi Aquatec pump.
The addition of a more powerful motor enables the Steemeasy to run an extension hose of an extra 7.5m, allowing the operator to leave the machine on the ground floor and pull the hoses and cleaning wand up the stairs.
Facilitating tank capacity of 22L of clean solution and 18L of waste into a compact design swaps a conventional ball float system and filter with a waste inlet mesh filter bag to keep the waste tank cleaner, and electronic float switch with preset auto cut-off protecting the vacuum from waste foam/water ingestion. The mesh filter bag collects any larger debris and keeps the waste tank cleaner.
Additional features on the Steemeasy include a UK-manufactured roto-moulded tank; locking front castor wheels and large rear wheels to aid manoeuvrability; a clear waste tank lid for ease of level checking; clamshell opening for easy access and maintenance; angled waste inlet to help prevent waste water turbulence; and a top mounted switch panel and solution outlet.
The Steemeasy is supplied as a complete system with a 12” single jet wand and 25ft (7.5m) vacuum and solution hose assembly.
