Tennant UK is celebrating 30 years of continuous service from Michael Bradburn, Field Support Manager within their nationwide service division.

Prior to being part of the global Tennant Company, Michael joined Vaclensa in 1993 as a Service Engineer for the Yorkshire region, being promoted to Senior engineer in 1996, and then to his current role as Field Support Manager, managing 15 technicians across the UK, as well as taking on the role of Safety Auditor for the entire team of 80 Tennant UK technicians and engineers working in the field.

Michael has only had five jobs in his lifetime, starting with a rival vacuum cleaner manufacturer in Leeds as soon as he left school.

When asked how he feels about 30 years with the same company Michael said: “My dad instilled an ethos in me of working hard and putting 100% into everything you do. Over 30 years, I’ve seen this company grow and I’m proud to be a part of that.”
