Truvox has launched a series of product support videos, featuring tips covering machine set-up, maintenance and aftercare.
Cleaning teams and their supervisors now have a new aid to help them ensure effective floorcare. The comprehensive video library covers cleaning and polishing hard floors with rotaries, injection-extraction carpet cleaning, vacuuming and scrubber dryers.
New machine owners – or recruits to the team – can get up to speed on setting up each machine and getting the best cleaning performance in around five minutes.
A separate video takes the user through recommended maintenance routines and aftercare, and simple troubleshooting steps. This should lead to less machine downtime and avoid service call out costs for easy to solve problems.

Cleaning managers and contractors have told us that these short videos are really helpful, especially when new operatives join the team or staff need refresher training.
