Both Zybax and Meleco have been acquired by Dominic Barnes, Managing Director of Branta Group, and Kate Pawson, National Sales Manager of Zybax, through their new company BioBax Ltd.
The management buyout was effective as of 16 October 2019, and the BioBax team are assuring customers that there will be no change to their products or details beyond the change in company name. Their contact address and phone number have remained unchanged.
Zybax and Meleco were started 20 years ago by Dominic, and since then the brands and product ranges have been continuously developed and improved over time. BioBax believes that the time is right for Zybax and Meleco to stand alone.
