Incentive FM has expanded its growing retail portfolio after securing a three-year contract with property development and investment company British Land, to provide services at three shopping parks.
The agreement further strengthens the relationship between the two companies, who have worked successfully together for over eight years.
Under the terms of the agreement, Incentive FM will deliver a range of specialist solutions at Broughton Shopping Park near Chester (cleaning and security), Mostyn Champneys in Llandudno (cleaning) and Queens Shopping Park in Stafford (cleaning). The three locations measure a combined 750,000sq ft, accommodate 4,000 cars, and have more than 19 million visitors each year.
Incentive was awarded the contract following a competitive benchmarking exercise and will welcome 21 new colleagues to the business under TUPE regulations, who will each benefit from the company’s dedicated induction and training programmes.
Alan Barker, Centre Manager at British Land, said: “Incentive FM has a proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional services across several British Land sites and we are sure that this will be no different. More than 19 million visitors enjoy the shopping on offer at these three fantastic venues and we are confident that Incentive FM can contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean and safe environment.”
Incentive’s Mark Stevens added: “It is always exciting to secure a contract with a company for the very first-time, however it doesn’t compare to the pride of sealing a further portfolio with a long-standing partner. Our attitude to hard work, providing world class solutions, and delivering a return on investment is our greatest strength – and it pays dividends.”
