Open learning sessions at ISSA INTERCLEAN Amsterdam 2018

The organisers of the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam 2018 Show have issued a call for abstracts for an extensive and varied open learning programme, an integral part of the event that will run next to the ISSA educational conference.

Building on successful seminars staged at the InnovationLAB at previous editions of the show, the open leaning sessions present relevant educational, insightful, and thought-provoking content for everyone in the cleaning industry.

The conference has a multidisciplinary approach and welcomes submissions from manufacturers, distributors, academic bodies, and individual professionals alike, detailing innovative solutions and best practices that are particularly applicable to the hotel, hospitality, and foodservice industries.

Those who wish to be considered to present as part of the open learning sessions should send an abstract of their proposed presentation – 300 words maximum - to Hilke de Vries (h.d.vries@rai.nl), by 30th September 2017.

It’s hoped that the learning sessions will echo the broader topics of better sustainability, zero waste management, circular strategies, and cradle to cradle solutions that will form the overall themes of the 2018 show. Robotics and the application of technology to the cleaning industry will also be found in the InnovationLAB 2018 feature at the show.

Rob den Hertog, Director ISSA/INTERCLEAN Events, commented: “Scheduling open learning sessions that will be richer in its content than ever before and with the addition of strands on subjects for the hotel and foodservice industries is just one example of our policy of continuous innovation. This will bring together an even broader audience at the 2018 show than ever before.”

ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam will be held at the RAI Amsterdam from 15th to 18th May 2018, and is expected to attract over 30,000 qualified visitors.
